All pics were taken with my DSLR camera with flash except the last one. The quality isn’t as great as the other two because it was also zoomed in and we didn’t have any lighting equipment but it shows how the make up would look in natural lighting.

*I haven’t retouched her skin or make up in ANY of these pictures.*

I first prepped her skin with Garnier Ultra Lift Complete Beauty SPF15 Day Cream. I then primed her skin with Burberry ‘Fresh Glow’ Luminous Fluid Base. The key is to allow both products to set into the skin, before applying the next steps.

Once her skin was moisturised and primed, she was left with a gorgeous luminous glow. I used Dior Star Foundation in shade 031. For concealer, I mixed  a few different ones, one was to just conceal any dark circles or blemishes. I then mixed a Dior Star Concealer with La pro girl concealer for her under eye. Laura Mercier loose setting powder in translucent.

Contour/Bronzer/Highlighter: Anastasia Beverly Hills, Fawn to lightly contour just the hollow of her cheekbones, not the whole cheek bone as well as her nose. I then used ABH Havana and Java to bronze her cheeks and forehead. For blush I mixed Dior Coral Sunset (LTD edition SS15) and MAC Stay Pretty (old favourite) I lightly dabbed this with a small angle powder brush; on the apple of her cheeks, taking it upwards on her cheek bone for a natural & uplifting/youthful look. For highlighter I used MAC Oh Darling.

E Y E S:

I used ABH bronzers in Havana and Java in the crease. I then used Stila Cosmetics ‘In the lights’ palette shade bubbly and kitten. This palette is another key/staple piece I love to use in my kit. Reem usually wears liquid winged liner so I wanted to just do a soft black shadow along her lash line instead for a subtle look. I applied just a few long individual cluster lashes in the centre of her eyes to create an open eyed look. As I wanted this look to be soft glam & wanted to keep her looking the same as she does with out make up, I chose to not apply bottom mascara, but I did use brown/shimmer shadows on her bottom lash line linking it up the the shadows on her eyelid, as well as using a dark brown kohl liner in her waterline.

I softly lined her lips with a lipliner by Primark in shade Brown and then used Dior Addict Lipstick in 253 Basic to give her a rosy glow on her lips with a soft sheen. She usually wears matte lipsticks only and hates gloss, but I really wanted to keep this look super soft, feminine and glowing so instead of a lipgloss I opted for this sheer sheen lipstick & she said she actually liked it.

That’s the full break down, I hope you guys enjoyed.
